UI/UX Designer
Design the screens that HR managers, payroll officers and employees rely on every working day.
About the role
Our product covers everything from payroll to recruitment to employee self-service -- a lot of ground for one design system to cover well. We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to keep it usable, consistent and pleasant across dozens of screens.
What you will do
- Design new features end-to-end: research, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and handoff to engineering.
- Maintain and extend our shared design system and component library.
- Run lightweight usability sessions with HR/payroll users and act on the findings.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on feasibility and sequencing.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of product design experience, ideally on a B2B or SaaS product.
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design work in Figma.
- Comfortable working within and extending an existing design system.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
