Cookie Policy
What cookies we use, why, and how to control them.
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage) the HR & OMS platform and its public site use, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Notice.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are required for the site to function; others help us understand how the site is used or, if enabled, personalize advertising. You choose which of the latter to allow via the cookie banner or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer at any time.
Essential (always on)
These cannot be switched off because the site cannot function without them: your signed-in session, CSRF protection, load-balancing, and your cookie-consent choice itself.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
sessionid | Keeps you signed in | Session / configurable |
csrftoken | Protects forms from cross-site request forgery | 1 year |
hrms_cookie_consent | Remembers your cookie choice | Up to 12 months |
Analytics (opt-in)
If you allow this category, we record anonymous, first-party usage data — which pages are visited, how long, and referring pages — to understand and improve the site. We do not use a third-party analytics network; this data stays on our own servers.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
hrms_vid | Anonymous visitor identifier (local storage) | Until cleared |
hrms_sid | Anonymous session identifier (session storage) | Browser session |
Advertising (opt-in)
If enabled by the site operator and allowed by you, this category permits ad-network scripts to run for ad delivery and measurement. No advertising scripts run until this category is switched on.
Functional (opt-in)
Remembers non-essential preferences (such as display settings) so you don't have to reset them on every visit.
Managing your choice
Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer at any time to change your choice, including withdrawing consent you previously gave. You can also block or delete cookies directly through your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.
