Where it started
Too many logins for one team
The pattern kept repeating across every client we talked to: a workforce system here, a door-access box there, a spreadsheet for equipment, and — if there was a clinic involved — yet another disconnected system for patients or pets. Nobody had decided this on purpose. It just accumulated, one vendor at a time, until keeping records straight across all of it became a job in itself.

What guides how we build
One identity, always
If a card, code, or badge identifies someone or something once, it should work everywhere it's needed — not require a second registration.
No forced upgrades
New features ship into the platform you already run. We don't hold capability hostage behind a migration project.
Hardware and software, together
We don't hand you a reader and wish you luck integrating it. The hardware and the platform are designed as one product.
