Use of the service

The self-service portal and HR administrative tools are provided for use by authorized employees and personnel of the organization operating this deployment. Access credentials are personal to you and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to view; interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation; upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content through any submission form; or use the platform for any purpose other than its intended HR, attendance, and workforce-management functions.

Accuracy of information

Attendance, leave, timesheet, and other self-service submissions must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Knowingly submitting false records may be subject to your organization's own internal policies.

Intellectual property

The platform's software, design, and branding are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without permission.

Availability

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages may temporarily affect access; core HR records are never lost as a result of downtime.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
