HR software
HR software that keeps people, time and pay in one system
HR & OMS is human resource management system software built and supported by Cebuapptronix — an HRIS, an HRMS and an attendance tracking system in one, running on the RFID, QR and biometric hardware we install.
What “HR software” means here
Most human resource software is a records system with a time clock bolted to the side. Attendance arrives as a nightly export, payroll reads a spreadsheet somebody assembled by hand, and building access is a separate product owned by a different department entirely.
HR & OMS is one platform. The card an employee taps to open a door is the same credential that records the time in, and that single event is what the timesheet, the leave balance and the payslip are all computed from. There is no export, no reconciliation step, and no second database that can disagree with the first.

HRIS, HRMS and HR & OMS describe overlapping things, and vendors use them loosely. These pages say plainly what each one covers, and which parts of it this product actually does.

Time and attendance
Tap, scan or fingerprint clock-in, with late, undertime, overtime and break minutes computed per shift. See it
Leave management
Balances, accruals, approval routing, and a calendar the timesheet already knows about. See it
Payroll and payslips
Pay periods generated from the timesheet, with BIR withholding tax, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and 13th month pay. See it
Performance and learning
Review cycles, goals and course assignments tied to the same employee record. See it
Assets and documents
Issued equipment, ID cards, and a document library with retention rules. See it
Door access control
RFID readers, turnstiles and IoT door controllers that write to the same attendance record. See it
Employee self-service
Payslips, leave filing, attendance corrections and helpdesk tickets on the employee’s own login. See it
Reports and audit
Attendance, payroll and headcount reporting over an audit trail that records who changed what. See it
Human resource software that includes the hardware
Cebuapptronix supplies and installs the readers, scanners, biometric devices, turnstiles, door controllers and ID card printers the software runs on, and supports both halves. That matters on the day a reader stops responding: there is one number to call, and the people answering it can see the device, the tap log and the affected timesheet at the same time.
The software is also sold on its own. If you already have compatible readers, HR & OMS will run against them; if you want attendance without door control, the door half simply stays unconfigured.
