We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Officer to drive business growth and brand awareness. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This is a dual-role position that requires a blend of creative thinking and sales acumen.
What you will do
Key Responsibilities
Sales: Identify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Marketing: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (Digital, Social Media, Email, and Events).
Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop pricing strategies and promotional materials.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Analytics: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to adjust strategies accordingly.
What we are looking for
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Management).
