Product Manager
Own the roadmap for one of HR & OMS's core modules and work directly with customers to shape it.
About the role
We're looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap for one of our core modules (payroll, attendance, recruitment or benefits) -- talking to customers, prioritising with engineering, and shipping features that measurably help HR teams do their jobs.
What you will do
- Own the roadmap and backlog for an assigned product area.
- Talk to customers and support to understand real workflow problems, not just feature requests.
- Write clear requirements and work with design/engineering through delivery.
- Track adoption and outcomes after launch, and iterate.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years in product management, ideally on a B2B SaaS product.
- Comfortable prioritising a backlog against limited engineering capacity.
- Strong written communication -- specs, roadmaps and customer updates.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
