DevOps Engineer

About the role
HR & OMS runs as a set of Dockerized services (Django, a .NET API, Postgres, Redis, RabbitMQ) behind Nginx on Google Cloud. We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to own deployment, monitoring and reliability as we bring on more customer tenants.
What you will do
- Own our Docker Compose-based deployment pipeline and CI/CD workflows.
- Monitor production health, set up alerting, and lead incident response for outages.
- Manage database migrations, backups and disaster-recovery procedures for a live multi-tenant system.
- Harden infrastructure security (RLS, network policy, secrets management).
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience running production Linux services.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable administering PostgreSQL and Nginx in production.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
